I completed a total renovation at my house last year which included a new HVAC system and ductwork. I chose T. Batchelor & Son over other contractors because of their quality and professionalism . I didn’t want spiral flexible ductwork , I wanted steel pipe . I also chose the Bryant Evolution heat pump. It has been a year now since starting-up and I couldn’t be more pleased . My house is very comfortable year round and my energy bill is on average about $60 less per month, many thanks to the good people at T. Batchelor & Son

I used them last year for a service call, they were great. One time they really could not find a problem and didn't even charge me. This time my furnace would not light on Sunday, I called and left a message with their service. They called me at 7:40 on Monday morning. they were at my house by 8:15. I did not expect especially these days.They told me the jets were a little clogged, they cleaned and checked some other components and said everything was working fine. They charged me for a basic service call. The bill was less than i expected for sure. They didn't try to sell me something that I did not need, unlike some others i have used in the past. I would Highly recommend this company.

Called Bruce Pollock for a service call . The service tec Eric showed up to our home 20 minutes later .He had the part on the truck and our ac was up and running as smooth as silk . Great service great people .
