I used them last year for a service call, they were great. One time they really could not find a problem and didn’t even charge me. This time my furnace would not light on Sunday, I called and left a message with their service. They called me at 7:40 on Monday morning. they were at my house by 8:15. I did not expect especially these days.
They told me the jets were a little clogged, they cleaned and checked some other components and said everything was working fine. They charged me for a basic service call. The bill was less than i expected for sure. They didn’t try to sell me something that I did not need, unlike some others i have used in the past. I would Highly recommend this company.
